1.0.39 - this is another of those "more 2.3 fixes" updates

Improvements:
- I tried cleaning up some of the “unused” variables, though there is a certain limit as GMS2.3 will also gladly complain about functions that you are not calling in your code.
Fixes:
- Animation curves can now be referenced in “live” code.
Don’t forget to update your gmlive-server! - Fixed instances in “live” rooms overlapping each other in opposite order.
There is a possibility that this will have some sort of side effect with creation code order. - Added more error handling so that improperly formatted exceptions cannot crash gml_thread_stack_error while it tries to parse them.
