- Add user-created Chinese and Spanish translations.
- Updated the font again (hopefully doesn't cause glitched textures again, but if it does, hard refresh the page)
- Tweaked the sample English localization file - removed "X-Y" range labels from it and added a UTF-8 BOM marker so that you don't run into trouble with previewing if your editor assumes a different encoding by default.
- Fixed a missing items/icons in categories.
