• Fixed an issue where exporting JSON for 2.3 projects would incorrectly prepend function <name>(){.
• Gave the packer tool an icon on Windows.
• Gave the packer tool a window title on Windows.
• Fixed the packer tool exiting without waiting for a keypress after asking for command line arguments.
• Made the packer tool show timestamps when watching for changes.
• Added a message to watch-mode to clarify that everything is working as intended.

If highly desired, you may extract the YYMPS file as a ZIP archive and copy GMRoomPack.exe to non-2.3 projects.
