This tool lets you import pixel font "tilesets" and generate actual TTF fonts out of them! Like the one this text is written in.

It is straightforward to use and is how I make my own fonts.

Here you can download a version of the tool for offline use - just extract it the archive somewhere, open "index.html" in a supported browser, and you're good to go!
