Not to be confused with globalvar auto-completion (although both are same in the end), GMEdit now takes note of global.variables across the project and suggests them when typing global.|

Also fixed a minor clipping issue with code editor on dark theme (where it'd leave space for scrollbar even if there's no scrollbar).
