A few more functions and a fix

- Added window_get/set_clickthrough and window_get/set_noactivate.
These can be particularly handy if you’re using window_shape, but you might find more uses. - Fixed window_command_move state being the opposite (setting/returning whether movement is blocked).
I don’t remember why I have added this option and this suggests that no one has been using it. - Updated the demo to be a little easier to borrow code from.
