[r3] More small tweaks

Changes:
- There is now minor variance to disc deflect direction based on hit angle.
- Added small visual effects to disc velocity counter
(and also it shows "x!" when it's your new best) - Uploaded a web version of the game to my website since Itch is having mystery input issues.
This will also scale the game to fill the page.
