French localization and new prefixes

A (relatively) small update,

• Added the French translation by XmegaaAAa!
• Fixed a few spots where labels could overlap after switching languages back and forth
• Added all of the new prefixes!

As ever, you may have to hard-refresh the page to force the new version to load when you want it and not when your browser decides that it’s time.
