1.0.4: A couple more fixes

I’m getting “too many requests” when trying to upload using Butler so this is a separate file for now.

• Fixed a few missing/incomplete functions related to keyboard_string in additional windows.
  Not quite sure how this happened.
• Fixed window min/max size functions having a window_ prefix instead of winwin_
